By accessing or using ShortsFire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ShortsFire is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates video scripts, images, titles, descriptions, and related content for short-form video creators. We use third-party AI services to generate this content.

3. Account Registration

To use ShortsFire, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ShortsFire offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

New users receive one free project with up to 6 images. No credit card is required for the free trial. Free trial projects are subject to the same terms as paid projects.

6. Content Ownership

You own the content generated through ShortsFire. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ShortsFire to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or engage in deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShortsFire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
