When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). If you subscribe, we collect payment information through Stripe (we do not store your full card number).

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use ShortsFire, including projects created, features used, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the service.

Content Data

We store the content you create (concepts, themes, generated scripts, images, etc.) to provide the service. Your content is associated with your account.

To provide and maintain the ShortsFire service
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), AI providers (content generation), hosting providers

4. AI and Third-Party Services

ShortsFire uses third-party AI services (OpenAI, Replicate, Suno) to generate content. Your prompts and concepts are sent to these services to generate content. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal account information with AI providers.

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
Encrypted password storage (bcrypt)
Secure payment processing through Stripe
Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

We retain your account and project data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we need to retain it for legal or business purposes.
