Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with ShortsFire. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Free Trial

Every new user gets one free project with up to 6 images. No credit card required. This lets you try ShortsFire before committing to a paid plan.

Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Within 7 Days of First Payment

If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable time, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Projects already generated (AI costs are incurred immediately)
  • Subscriptions after 7 days from first payment
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@shortsfire.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We typically respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again
  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your projects remain accessible
  • You can resubscribe at any time
